- To give the best customer service possible and, in the case of any disputes, to provide a prompt and amicable resolution.
- To ensure that my entire staff conducts themselves in a professional manner and in keeping with the high standards of the automotive industry.
- To notify the customer if appointments or completion promises cannot be kept.

Heavy Duty, near Dothan, AlDaniel Hauf, 04/09/2026Utilized for pickup and delivery of 6000+ pound conex shipping container. Jason arrived early and was very professional and accomodating to the placement requirements of the container. He was very thorough and explained everything as we unloaded and placed the container on railroad ties. He even helped me with moving the ties under the load. I would not hesitate to recommend Knights to anyone requiring movement of their vehicle or heavy equipment. Thanks again Jason!!!
